(formerly Little Hog Neck) situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk, State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a
point on the high water line of lot 112 as shown on a certain map, entitled, "Amend.
ed Map A of Nassau Point owned by Nassau Point Club Properties Inc." dated June
28, 1922, and filed in Suffolk County Clerk's Office, August 16, 1922 in file#156 at
the southeasterly corner of land of the party of the first part, and running through
the Lagoon four courses as follows: (1) south 68" 40' east 100 feet; thence (2) south
38" 301 east 230 feet; thence (3) south 280 401 west 425 feet to a point in the center
line of a dredged canal connecting the Bay with said lagoon; thence (4) north 60° 231
40" west 15 feet to the northwesterly bulkhead of said canal and lot No. 108; thence
along the high water mark of said lagoon and along lot Nos 108 and 109 northerly,
thence northeasterly, then northerly, then vesterly, then southerly and then wester-
ly to lot No. 110; then northerly then westerly, then northwesterly, then easterly
P1 and then northeasterly along said high water mark and along lot Nos. 110, 111 and
0 112 to the point of beginning.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the part.of the first part
by Charles Hammer by deed dated November 28, 1947 and recorded in the office
of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on May 4, 1y,4$in Liber 2822, page 303.
