BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the
first part herein by KARL FUSARO, by Deed dated May 17, 1966, recorded
May 19, 1966 in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County, in Liber
5959, Page 553.
This conveyance is made in the regular course of business actually
conducted by the party of the first part herein and with the consent of
the holders of at least two-thirds of the outstanding shares of the
party of the first part entitled to vote thereon obtained at a meeting
duly called.
