Clark and Ann Byrd Clark -ated November 21, 1946 snd re o ded 1 th guf olk County Clerk's ffice on December 1, 1§40, in i�er A OF Deeds, at page 05. f -` PARCEL III UBER6279 RAGE 41 An undivided one eighth interest of, in and to ALL that part of Nassau Point (formerly Little Hog Neck) situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York, .bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of Bayberry Road at the northeasterly corner of Lot 121, as shown on "Amended Map B of Section B" Nassau Point Club Properties, Inc., situate on Nassau Point, Suffolk County, N.Y., and filed in the office of the Suffolk County Clerk on September 26, 1924 as Map.No. 789, and running thence in Lgeneral southwesterly direction on an irregular curved line along said ot 121 and Plot C to an arm of "The Lagoon", thence across said arm and along Lots, 113, 112 and 111, 1200 feet, more or less, to the ordinary high water mark of Great Peconic Bay. T'ne northwesterly line of said Bridge Lane is concentric with and 25 feet northwesterly from the above described southeasterly line. - TOGETHER with an unnamed road, as shown on said map, the north- easterly line of which begins at a point on said northwesterly line of Bridge Lane, 350 feet, more or less, southwesterly along said northwesterly line from its intersection with said westerly line of Bayberry Road; and runs thence in, a general northwesterly direction on an irregular curved line along Lot 208 and Lot 207, 270 feet,more or less, to Lot 1166 as shown on said map. Van Tuyl & Son, Licensed Land Surveyors, a copy of which i survey is attached hereto and made a part hereof. SUBJECT to a right of way providing access to and from said Lot 116.
