from the northeasterly corner of land now or formerly of William V.
Duryea, said point of beginning being distant 290.36 feet easterly from
the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly line of Pike
Street with the easterly line of Wickham Avenue; and from said point
of beginning running thence easterly along the southerly line of Pike
50 feet
Street/L-o land now or formerly of Hallenbeck; .thence southerly along
said last mentioned land and at right .angles to Pike Street 260 feet
to land now or formerly of DeFriect; thence westerly along said last
mentioned land and parallel with Pike Street 50 feet to land now or ,

land and again at right angles to Pike Stroot 260 feet to the point or

191.6 in Liber 2506 of deeds at page 34, this being a correction deed
to properly described the premises by survey description.
