by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being#W at Peconic, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, bounded Southerly by Main South Road a distaneo
of 471 feet, more or less; Westerly by land this day being conveyed by
Alfred S. Davids to Josef P. Ssymanowski and Margaret M. Szymanowski,
his wife, a distance of 260 feet; than Southerly by said promises con-
veyed to Josef P. Szymanowski and Margaret M. Szymanowski, his wife, a
distance of 230 fact; then Westerly by land of Barnett F. Tuthill and
others; Northerly by land formorly of Antonin Zanewski (now of M.
Zanowski); and Easterly by land formerly of Florence M. Groan (now of
A. Zaveski), said promises containing by estimation 41 acres, be the
same more or less.
Being and intended to be the Sam promises convoyed by Jane T. Davide
and Beulah M. Strasser to Alfred S. David$ by deed dated February 6
1926 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on February
1926, excepting therefrom the promises this day conveyed by Alfred S.
Davide to Josef P. Szymanowski and Margaret M. Szymanowski, his wife,
Subject to a mortgage hold b Southold Savings Bank having a proseat
unpaid principal balance of 110,000.00 (Liber 477$ mp $21) with interest
from September let, 1966, the payment of which mortgage is hereby as-
sumed by the parties of the second part and the parties of the second
part have executed and acknowledged this instrument for the solo pur-
pose of evidencing their assumption of and agreement to pay the unpaid
principal balance of said mortgage.
