Each of the above described parcels are subject to the following
covenants and restrictions: -
(1) That any building constructed on the premises (excluding
a porch) shall be no nearer to the highway upon which the plot fronts
than 40 feet.
(2) That no trailer shall be maintained or ocoupied on the {
