of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as

"Map of Lots belonging to William B. Codling" and filed in
the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on May 10,
1921 as Map Number 745, which said lots are also shown on
"Map of Tollewood" and filed on January 25, 1927 as Map Number
175, which said lots when taken together are bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection

by deed from Egbert E. Smith and Nellie M. Smith, his wife,
to Arthur Kirchmeier and Frieda I. Kirchmeier, his wife, dated
July 5, 1930 and recorded July 12, 1930 in Liber 1513 cp 85,
and being known as Lots 20 and 211 and the premises conveyed
by deed from George R. Carroll to Arthur Kirchmeier and
Frieda L. Kirchmeier, his wife, dated August 19, 1945 and
recorded August 27, 1945 in Liber 2476 Cp 549, and being known
as Lots 22 and 23.
