BEGINNING at a monument on the northerly line of
Bittersweet Lane, said monument being the southeasterly corner
of the premises herein described and the southwesterly corner
of lot No. 32 as shown on said map;
RUNNING THENCE along the said northerly line of
Bittersweet Lane South 66° 21' 00" West 120 feet;
RUNNING THENCE through lots 56 and 57 as shown on said
map North 23° 49' 40" West 215.52 feet to the southerly=lire
of lot No. 58 as shown on said map;
RUNNING THENCE along the southerly line of Lot No. 58
North 64° 12' 10" East 120.05 feet to the westerly line of lot
No. 29 on said map;
RUNNING THENCE along the westerly line of lots No. 29,
30, 31 and 32 South 23° 50' 00" East 220.0 feet to the monument
on the northerly line of Bittersweet Lane, the point of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE part of the premises conveyed
to the grantor herein and Marie L. Rothleder, his wife, now
deceased, by deed dated October 29, 1947, recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's office in Liber 2780 at page 448 on December 3, 1947.
The Will of Marie L. Rothleder was probated in Suffolk Cot nty,
New York.
