BEGINNING at a monument on the westerly line of Bay Avenue at
the southeasterly corner of the premises herein described adjoining
land now or formerly of Owen J. F. Clinton and Ruth C. Clinton, his
wife, said point of beginning being North 41" 14' 4011 West 137.35
feet from a monument set on the corner formed by the intersection
of the easterly line of Bay Avenue with the northerly line of
Riley Avenue; and from said point of beginning running thence
South 69" 49 ' West along said land now or formerly of Owen J. F.
Clinton and Ruth C. Clinton, 200 feet to a monument; thence North 20-
001 West still along said last mentioned land 65 feet to a monument
and land now or formerly of George Fleischman; thence North 69"
49' East along said last mentioned land 200 feet to a monument on
