ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying
and being at Cedar Beach Park in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, known and designatd as Plots
Numbered 1, 2 and 157 on a certain map entitled, "Subdivision Map
of Cedar Beach Park, situate at Bayview" , filed in the Office of
the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on December 20, 1927 as Map No.
90, which said lots, when taken together, are bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument at the corner formed by the
intersection of the westerly side of Cedar Beach Road and the
northerly side of Bayview Road;
RUNNING THENCEalong the northerly side of Bayview Road, North
68 degrees 17 minutes 20 seconds West, 250. 0 feet to a monument on
the said northerly side of Bayview road where the same is
intersected by the division line between lots Nos. 156 and 157 as
shown on- said map;
THENCE along said division line, North 24 degrees 24 minutes
20 seconds ,East, 200.00 feet to a monument;
THENCE the 3 following courses and distances to the westerly
