easterly as measured along the easterly side of said Deep Hole
Drive from the corner formed by the intersection of the said
easterly side of Deep Hole Drive with the soutYrly side of Richard
Street as said street is shown on Map of Deep Hole Creek Estates,
filed in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on January
28, 1965 as Map No. 4256, slgAd point of beginning being the
southerly corner of land conveyed or about to be conveyed by
Frank Saleski to Sdhwiekgr, from said point of beginning; running
along said land North 33 44;39" East 171.47 feet to Lot 5 as
shown on "Map of DeepHola &reekEstates, Map No. 4256; thence
along said Lot 5, South 43 12120" E$st 71.47 feet; thence along
Lot 4 as shown on said map South 83 9014011 East 13.53 feet; thence
along land of Frank Zaleski South 19 47100" West 151.42 feet to
said northerly side of Deep Hole Drive; thence westerly along
said northerly side of a curve to the right having a radius of
278.26 feet, a distance of 120.0 feet to the point or place of
BEGINNING.
