Being a part of premises conveyed by RALPH W. STERLING to RAOUL L.
RIENDEAU by Deed dated August 9, 1949 and recorded in the Office of
the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on August 12, 1949 in Liber 2980 of
Conveyances at page 222.
The parties of the first part constitute all of the devisees and heirs at
law of the said RAOUL L. RIENDEAU, who died a resident of Cutchogue, Suff lk
VI County, New York on 2/1/66, and whose Last Will & Testament was duly pro-
bated in the Surrogate's Court of Suffolk County, N.Y. on 3/14/66 j
