£ BEGINNING at the corner formed by the interesection of the northerly line
of Sterling Road and the westerly line of Horton Road; thence from said
point or place of beginning along the northerly line of Sterling Road
South 69 degrees 48 minutes 50 seconds West 100.00 feet; thence North
23 degrees 50 minutes West 182.00 feet; thence South 69 degrees 48 minutes
50 seconds West 17.07 feet; thence North 23 degrees 50 minutes West
182.49 feet to the southerly line of Lilac Lane; thence along the last
mentioned line North 69 degrees 48 minutes 50 seconds East 117.05 feet to
a point, said point being the corner formed by the interesection of the
,j southerly line of Lilac Lane and the westerly line of Horton Road; thence
along the westerly line of Horton Road South 23 degrees 50 minutes East
364.49 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all of the right, title and interest of the parties of the
first part, if any, in and to Sterling Road, Horton Road and Lilac Lane
in front and abutting said premises.
BEING and intended to be a portion of Plot 125 on a certain map entitled
I "Map of Nassau Farms" filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on
1 March 28, 1935 under file #1179.
The parties of the first part are the grandchildren named in the Last
Will & Testament of RAOUL L. RIENDEAU, who died a resident of Cutchogue,
Suffolk Co., N.Y, which Last Will & Testament was duly probated in the
Surrogate's Court of Suffolk Co., N.Y. on the 14th day of March, 1966.
Under Paragraph SECOND of said decedent's Last Will & Testament, the prop-
erty which he owned in Nassau Farms, Peconic, near Cutchogue, Suffolk Co,
N.Y. was devised to all of said grandchildren. The purpose of this Deed

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets
and roads abutting the above described premises m the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the
appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
