The parties of the first part are the grandchildren named in the Last i9 Will & Testament of RAOUL L. RIENDEAU, who died a resident of Cutchogue, Suffolk Co., N.Y, Which Last Will & Testament was duly probated in the Surrogate's Court of Suffolk Co., N.Y on the 14th day of March, 1966. Under Paragraph SECOND of said decedent's Last Will & Testament, the prop erty which he owned in Nassau Farms, Peconic, near Cutchogue, Suffolk Co. N.Y., was devised to all of said grandchildren.
