as executors of the last will and testament of
HELEN E. ROBINSON ,late of
6 Winthrop Road, Port Washington, New York ,deceased,
Patty of the first part,and
RAYMOND HORGAN and HELEN T. HORGAN, his wife,
both residing at 233-34 Bay Avenue, Douglaston, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said last
will and testament,and in consideration of EIGHTEEN THOUSAND and no/100 ($18,000.00)

lawful money of the United States,
paid by the party of the
second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon crested,situate,
lying and being imdltt at Cutchogue, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument set in the southerly side of Beachwood Road where
the easterly line of premises herein described and the westerly line of land now
or formerly of A. Foscato intersects said southerly side of Beachwood Road;
running thence south 6 degrees 20 minutes 00 seconds East 232.00 feet through
a monument to the ordinary High Water Mark of Peconic Bay; thence westerly
along the ordinary High Water Mark of Pecome Bay the following tie line
courses and distances: North 89 degrees 42 minutes West 63.65 feet to land
formerly John White and now or formerly E. Beardslee; then ce north 4
degrees 08 minutes 00 seconds West along said last mentioned land andthrough
is.monument 220.00 feet to a monument in the southerly side of Beachwood Road;
thence north 78 degrees 38 minutes East along said southerly side of Beachwood
Road 55.00 feet to the monument 1st above mentioned at the point or place of
BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with the right-o£-way for the purpose of ingress and egress to and
from the above described premises to the public highway known as New Suffolk
Avenue over and upon the private road known as Beachwood Road as now
traveled and laid out as the same extends easterly through lands of John G.
Downs to the private road leading southerly through lands of John G. Downs
from New Suffolk Avenue to the subdivision tract known as Beachwood Colony
(see Map #727, February 14, 1917), said right-of-way for ingress and egress
to continue and extend over and upon said last mentioned private road.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions, reservations, agreements and
easements, contained in prior instruments of record, if any.
