BEEBE, residing at Route 25, Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, party of the first part,and DOUGLAS G. Beebe to a pipe set in the northerly side of the Main Highway; thence running S. 59' 54' West along said Main Highway, a distance of 63.5 feet to a pipe and thence still along the northerly side of said Main Highway S. 64° 19' West, a distance of 36.50 feet to land now or formerly of Josephine Lenceski and a stone, the point or place of beginning, said courses and distances being as shown on Map of Property of Wilfred G. Beebe surveyed October 30, 1930, by Otto W Van Tuyl, Surveyor. Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by a deed from Wilfred G. Beebe and Henrietta G. Beebe, his wife, dated October 31, 1930 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 1536 cp 473 on October 31, 1930•
