land now or formerly of Dickey; THENCE along land now or formerly
of Dickey the following two courses and distances: North 36° 28'

or formerly of W. Rowland; THENCE along said last described land,
South 44° 53' 40" East, 45.51 feet to a monument and land now or
formerly of S. Beebe; THENCE along said last described land, South

Beebe; THENCE along said last described land South 37° 05' 00" East
208.55 feet to the northwesterly side of Main Road at the point or
place of BEGINNING.
SUBJECT to a mortgage held by The North Fork Bank and Trust Company
with a principal balance remaining of $8,330.37 with interest due
thereon at the rate of 6% per annum from June 30, 1967, which the
purchasers hereby agree to assume and pay.
