TOGETHER with the appurtenances and ag the esmte and rights of the party of the first part in and to
said premises,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
The grantees herein, Frank George Hetzer, Jr. and June Noreen
Hetzer, his wife, herebelow affix their signatures to this
instrument evidencing their agreement to assume and pay the
existing mortgage on the premises described herein which was
made to the North Fork Hank and Trust Company by Robert D. Boyd
and Luella G. Boyd, his wife, the grantors herein, dated
August 31, 1965 and recorded September 15, 1965 in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office in Liber 4755 mp 559, on which the present
remaining balance is $14,065.52, with interest paid to
October 1,. 1967.
