I" 0ll West, a stance of 96.50 feet to a pipe, along the northerly aide of the Main Road, also diknown as Kings Highway to a pipe, and land of Douglas Beebe; thence running N. 33' 15' 20"West, a distance of 213.22 feet along land of Douglas Beebe to a pipe and land now or formerly of Charles Haff; thence running N. 58° 22' East along land now or formerly of Charles Haff, a distance of 85.57 feet to a monument and other land of the parties of the second part; thence running South 360 08' East, along other land of the parties of the.second part, a distance of 216.46 feet to the monument set in the northerly aide of the Main Road, also known as Kings Highway, at the point or place of beginning. Being and intended to be part of the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part and Henrietta G. Beebe, his wife, deceased, by deed from Wilfred G. Beebe dated June 2, 1932 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on June 6, 1932 in Liber 1653 cp 418.
