BETWEEN TOWN OF SOUTHOLD, in the County of Suffolk and State of
New York, y a ma or ty of its duly elected Trustees and by virtue
of Chapter b15 of the Laws of the State of New York, passed in 1893,

ALL that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being at
Nassau Point, near Cutchogue, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of Lot b and the south-
westerly corner of Lot 5, as shown on "Sub-division Map of Peconlc
Bay Properties, Inc.", filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office
as Map #786, said point of beginning being 182.31 feet southerly
along the boundary line between said lots 5 & 6 from an iron pipe
on the southerly line of a 33 foot private mad known as "Haywater's
Road"; from said point of beginning running along the direct ex-
tension southerly of said boundary line, South 19 degrees 16 minutes
20 seconds West - 60 feet, more or less, to ordinary high water mark
of Cutchogue Harbor; thence northwesterly along said high water mark
78 feet, more or less, to the direct extension southerly of the boun-
dary line between said Lot 6 and Lot 7, as shown on said map; thence
along said direct extension, North 22 degrees 02 minutes 20 seconds
East - 59 feet, more or less, to the southwesterly corner of said
Lot 6 and the southeasterly corner of said Lot 7; thence along said
Lot b, South 54 degrees 50 minutes 10 seconds East - 75.0 feet to
the point of beginning.
