Professional Engineer and Land Surveyor, N.Y.S. Lie. No. 12845,
Riverhead, N. Y." and filed in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk
on Sept. 8, 1965 under File No. 4453; which said lot and part of
.lot are more particularly bounded anddescribed as follows:
NRE BEGINNING at a point on the westerly aide of Meadow Lane distant
185.73 feet southerly from the extreme southerly end of the arc
connecting the southwesterly side of Cardinal Drive with the west-
erly side of Meadow Lane; running .thence South 060 37' 50" West
along the westerly side of Meadow Lane a distance of 125 feet;
