WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable con-
sideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second par4 the heirs or successom and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and bcmgA jjN, at Peconic, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
IState of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the northerly line
of Sterling Road and the easterly line of Lilac Lane; thence from said
pint or place of beginning North 7 degrees 59 minutes 50 seconds West
272.16 feet; thence North 69 degrees 48 minutes 50 seconds East 110.40
} feet,- thence South 23 degrees 50 minutes East 266.56 feet to the
northerly line of Sterling Road; thence along the last mentioned line
South 69 degrees 48 minutes 50 seconds West 184.82 feet tothe point
or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all of the right, title and interest of the parties of the
first part, if any, in and to Sterling Road and Lilac Lane in front and
abutting said premises.
BEING and intended to be a portion of plot 125 on a certain map entitled
"Map of Nassau Farms" filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
arch 28, 1935 under file #1179.
The parties of the first part are the grandchildren named in the Last Will
and Testament of RAOUL L. RIENDEAU, who died a resident of Cutchogue,
Suffolk County, New York, which Last Will & Testament was duly probated
in the Surrogate's Court of Suffolk County, New York on the 14th day of
arch, 1966.
Under Paragraph SECOND of said decedent's Last Will and Testament, the
property which he owned in Nassau Farms, Peconic, near Cutchogue,Suffolk
County, New York, was devised to all of said grandchildren. The purpose
of this Deed is to sub-divide and allocate a portion of decedent's prop-
erty to the party of the second part, to have and to hold the same,
individually.
