WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable con-
sideration paid by the party of the second part, docs hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

and State of New York, known as and by part of Lot 1150 as shown and

N. Y., May 5, 1965, July 19, 1965, Alden W. Young, P.E. and L.S.,
N.Y.S. Lic. No. 12845, Riverhead, New York" and filed in the Office
of the Clerk of Suffolk on September 8, 1965 under File No. 4453,
which said part of Lot is more particularly bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Meadow Lane distant
310.73 feet southerly from the extreme southerly endof the are con-
necting the southwesterly side of Cardinal Drive with the westerly
side of Meadow Lane; running thence along the westerly side of
Meadow Lane, South 6° 37' 5011 West 25.00 feet to land now of the
party of the second part; thence along said land North 83° 22' 10"
West 200.00 feet to land now or formerly of Miska; thence along
said land North 6° 37' 50" East 25.00 feet; thence South 83' 22' 10"
East 200.00 feet to the westerly side of Meadow Lane the point or
place of beginning.
