of and adjacent to the aforesaid premises to the center line thereof.
THIS CONVEYANCE hereunder is subject to a certain mortgage
executed by James Wasson and Marguerite R. Hasson, his wife to
Riverhead Savings Bank dated March 25, 1955 and recorded in Suffolk
County Clerk's office on March 30, 19555 in Liber 2360 of mortgages
at nage 556, on which said mortgage there is now due and unpaid the
sum of $IL,137.55 with interest thereon at the rate of five per centum
(5%) per annum from the date hereof and the grantees hereby assume
and covenant to pay such mortgage debt and interest as hart of the
consideration for this conveyance.
