The parties of the first part constitute all of the devisees and heirs at law of the said RAOUL L. RIENDEAU, who died a resident of Cutchogue, Suffolk County, New York on 2/1/66, and whose Last Will & Testament was duly probated in the Surrogate's Court of Suffolk County, N.Y. on 3/14/66. TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises,
