WITNESSETH,that the party'of the first part,in consideration of
One ( 1.00) Dollax, lawful money of the United States,and other good and valuable consideration paid
by the party of the second part, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the second
parther heirs, successors and assigns forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being W14ke at Peconic, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State
of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING .at a point on the Westerly line bf Bay Avenue, said point being 1.
distant 71.74 feet northerly from the corner formed by the intersection o

TOGETHER with all of the right, title and interest of the parties of the
first part, if any, . n and to the roads or highways abutting said premis s
to the respective center lines thereof, and in and to Baldwin's Creek
(also known as,Mud Creek) in front of and abutting said premises.
Being a part"of premises conveyed by RALPH W. STERLING to RAOUL L.
RIENDEAU by Deed dated August 9, 1949 and recorded in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk on August 12, 1949 in Liber 2980 of
Conveyances at page 222.
The parties of the first part constitute all of the devisees and heirs
at law of the said RAOUL L. RIENDEAU, who died a resident of Cutchogue,
Suffolk County, New York on 2/1/66, and whose Last Will & Testament was
duly probated in the Surrogate's Court of Suffolk County, N.Y. on
3/14/66.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said
premises,
