Suffolk County, New York, known and described as Lot No. 34 on a certain map
entitled Idattituck Estates, Inc." filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County
of Suffolk, on September 8, 1965 as Map No, 4453.
The grantor herein reserves the fee to street or streets adjoining the subject premises
for the purpose of dedication of the said street or streets to the Town of Southold,
but granting to the grantee the right of ingress and egress for the said street or
streets.
This Deed is made in the usual course of business of the grantor.
