WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being inxllet Southold, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, known and designated as Lot No. 9 on a certain map entitled "Map of
Yennecott Park situate at Southold, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, '
surveyed by Van Tuyl & Son, Greenport, New York, May 1, 1968, and filed in the
Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on the 9th day of October, 1968,
as Map No. 5187., which said lot is more particularly bounded and described
according to said map as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Northeasterly side of Long Creek Drive distant 515.81
feet Easterly as measured along the Northeasterly side of Long Creek Drive from
the corner formed by the intersection of the Northeasterly side of Long Creek
Drive with the Easterly side of Tuthill Road;
RUNNING THENCE North 12 degrees 38 minutes 00 seconds West 122 feet more or
less to the high water mark of Long Creek;
THENCE along the high water mark of Long Creek having a tie line of North 80
degrees 17 minutes 20 seconds East 178.61 feet;
THENCE South 6 degrees 18 minutes 00 seconds East 166 feet more or less to
the Northerly side of Long Creek Drive;
THENCE South 83 degrees 42 minutes 00 seconds West along the Northerly side of
Long Creek Drive 87 feet;
THENCE North 72 degrees 38 minutes 00 seconds West along the Northeasterly side
of Long Creek Drive 85 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING & INTENDED TO BE same premises conveyed to the parties of the first

Dist: 1000 TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
Sec. : 055. and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of

AND the party of the firs[ part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration'as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for

The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indentpre so requires.
