York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of the Main Road
at the northeast corner of the premises herein described, adjoin-
ing land of the Estate of Alice H. Boutcher on the east, and
running thence along said land of said Boutcher Estate S. 57n 511
4011 E. 200 feet to a monument and land of pantaleo; running thence
along land of pantaleo S. 45- 181 50" W. 75.00 feet to land of Barnes;
running thence along land of Barnes northwesterly about 200 feet
to a monument on the southerly line of the Main Road; running thence
along the southerly line of the Main Road, N. 446 561 E. 62.11
feet to the point or place of beginning.
SUBJECT to an easement of the Long Island Lighting Company
along the easterly boundary line of said premises, as set forth
in Agreement dated May 5, 1953, said easement being ten (10) feet
in width.
