1967, between the TOWN OF SOUTHOLD, in the County of Suffolk,
3 and State of New York, by a majority of its duly elected

� Trustees, and in pursuance of Chapter 615 of the Laws of New Yor ,
passed in 1893 and in pursuance of a written resolution adopted
by a majority of the Board of Trustees of said Town of Southold
at a meeting held pursuant to notice duly given to all members

and KARL E. GUILER and AMELIA VIRGINIA GUILER, his wife, residin
at Mattituck, Southold Town, Suffolk County, New York, parties
of the second part; I
W I T N E S S E T H:
THAT the party of the first part in consideration of the
sum of One and 00/100 ------------------------($1.00) Dollar so
said Town duly paid before the delivery hereof doth hereby grant
bargain, sell and release unto the said parties of the second
part, their heirs and assigns forever, _
ALL that piece or parcel of land situate at Mattituck,
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northwest corner of
the premises of the parties of the second part at
ordinary high water mark of Mattituck Creek as of
1 1947 adjoining land of Mary W. MacNish and Others
on the west; running thence along said land of
MacNish N. 34" 07' 40" E. - 50 feet, more or less,
to ordinary high water mark of Mattituck Creek;
running thence in a southeasterly directionalong
ordinary high water mark of Mattituck Creek
195 feet, more or less, to land of Sidny W. Olmsted
et al; running thence along said land of Olmsted
S. 27° 02' 50" W. - 35 feet, more or less, to
ordinary high water mark of Mattituck Creek as of
1947; running thence along said ordinary high water
