TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part of, in and to the Long Island Sound and the lands thereunder below the average high water line, lying adjacent to the said premises and on the Northerly side thereof. The said above described premises are and are intended to be the entire parcel heretofore conveyed by Lloyd Hamilton to the party of the first part by two deeds dated respectively June 18, 1946 and September 12, 1950 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office respectively in Liber 2582 of Deeds at page 265 on June 21, 1946 and in Liber 3126 of Deeds page 482 on September 15, a1950; less the parcel conveyed by the party of the first part to Lloyd Hamilton by deed dated September 12, 1950 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's 'I!office in Liber 3126 of Deeds at page 480. SUBJECT to covenants, easements and restrictions of record.
