BETWEEN ARTHUR CARUANA and JOAN CARUANA, his wife, both residing at 34 Payan
Avenue, Valley Stream, County of Nassau and State of New York,
party of the first part,and JOHN B. GRIFFIN and THERESA F. GRIFFIN, his wife, both residing
at 36 Baltimore Avenue, Massapequa, County of Nassau and State of New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

seconds East, along land now or formerly of SALVATORE SIRACUSANO 68 feet; thence
South 76 degrees 53 minutes 00 seconds West, along land now or formerly of MAX and

or place of BEGINNING,
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part
by deed dated August 5, 1955 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of .the County
of Suffolk in Liber 3954 Page 217 on August 22, 1955.
SUBJECT to any state of facts an accurate Survey may show.
SUBJECT to Covenants, restrictions, reservations and easements of record.
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to mid premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the amend part,the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first pan covenants that the party of the first part hes not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
