Lang Island, N.Y.", surveyed June 28, 1922 by Otto W. Van
Tuyl, C.E. & Surveyor, Greenport, N.Y., and filed in the .
office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County, N.Y. August
16, 1922, file No. 156, such lots when taken together as
one parcel being more particularly bounded and described
as follows: -
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Nassau feint
Road where same is intersected by the northerly side of lot -
No. 90 on the above mentioned map; running thence South 540
43' 00" West 389 feet to Great PQconic Bay; thence running Fp[.
along Great Peconic Bay North 350 00' 00" West 200 feet to
the southerly side of land now or formerly of A.C.Aborn; k

to Charles J. Gerndt herein by deed from Anna A. Schmidt
dated March 1, 1944 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's p[
