BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Middle Road
(County Route 27) where same would be intersected by an extension
northerly of the westerly line of land conveyed to William H. Maston
and Alvania Maston, ux, by deed recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office in Liber 5979 CP 195, said point of beginning
being distant 142.62 feet westerly, as measured along the southerly
side of Middle Road, from the northwesterly end of the are which
connects the southerly side of Middle Road with the westerly side
of Alvah's Lane; thence running along the said extended westerly
line of land of Maston South 280 37' 40" East 214.52 feet to the
southwesterly corner of said land of Maston; thence along land
now or formerly of Salter South 560 28' 20" West 120.42 feet;
thence North 280 37' 40" West 224.68 feet to the southerly side
of Middle Road; and thence North 610 18' 40" East along the
southerly side.of Middle Road 119.98 feet to the point or place
of BEGINNING.
BEING and intended to be part of the premises conveyed to the
party of the first part herein by George M. Tisdale by Deed dated
11/30/1940 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's 0£f-ice on 12/2/1940
in Liber 2137, cp 148.
