Greenport, New York, and filed in the Office of the County Clerk
of Suffolk County, New York, August 16, 1922, file No. 156.
BEING a part of the same premises coveyed to Lucille M. Gerndt
by deed from Lucille M. Gerndt and Manufacturers Hanover Trust
Company, as executors of the Estate of Charles J. Gerndt,.dated
April 18, 1967 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerkts Office June
14, 1967, in Liber 6167 of Deeds, page 341.
