Tuthill, in deed from Nat S. Tuthill, Sr. and Annie G. Tuthill dated December 2, 1948 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 2901 ep 206 on December 2, 1948. RESERVING, nevertheless, to the Party of the First Part, his heirs and his heirs and assigns, a 20 foot easement for access between the premises of the Party of the First Part and Wickham Avenue, said right of way covering the 20 foot strip in the southwest corner of the main parcel and continuing northward along the boundary of the Party of the First Part for a distance which is 200 feet northerly from Wickham Avenue. The Party of the Second Part, however, agrees to keep said right of way in a clean and well maintained condition.
