the Main Road with the westerly lin e of Sunset Avenue, from said point of
beginning runring along said westerly line of Sunset Avenue, S. 10 221 20"
W. - 110.0 feet; thence along land of the party of the first part, S. 860 511
30" W - 158.57 feet to land of Heggen; thence along said land of Bugger,
N. 70 591 20" E. - 110.0 feet to said southerly line of the Main Road; thence
along said southerly line, two courses:
(1) N. 860 15' 00" E. - 141.90 feet; thence
(2) N. 830 401 00" E. - 4.09 feet to the point of beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE a portion of the premises conveyed to the
parties of the first part by Stuard D. Staples by deed dated January 24th, 1951
and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on January 25th, 1951 in Liber
3178 of deeds at page 154.
