by the party of the second part,docs hereby ,out and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or

ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being fiWD at Mattituck, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, being more particularly bounded and described
as follows: BEGINNING at a monument on the Southerly side of a 50 foot
right-of-way at the Northeast corner of the premises herein described
adjoining land formerly of Klepper later of Hazel S. Smith on the East;
running thence along said land formerly of Klepper later of Smith South
20 401 10" East 630.0 feet to ordinary high water mark of Great Peconic
`g Bay; running thence Westerly along ordinary high water mark of Great
Peconic Bay on a tie line South 770 531 4011 West 68.14 feet to land
now or formerly of Arthur and Emily Loweth; running thence along said
land now or formerly of Loweth North 20 131 1011 West 645.0 feet to a
monument on the Southerly side of a 50 foot right-of-way, at a point
149 feet Easterly from the Easterly line of the 25 foot right-of-way
hereafter referred to; running thence along the Southerly side of said
50 foot right of way South 890 091 00" East 62.26 feet to the monument
and place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with a right of way over said 50 foot right of way from the
premises to a 25 foot right of way running Southerly from New Suffolk
Avenue, and together with a right of way over said 25 foot right of
way extending Southerly from New Suffolk Avenue for access between said
premises and New Suffolk Avenue, a public highway.

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed to George H.
Terry by three deeds, one from the widow and heirs of George B.
Reeve, dated June 2, 1922 and recorded September 1, 1922 in Liber
1051 op 182 for the central portion of the premises, the second from
Richard Downing and wife dated March 7, 1925 and recorded March 20,
1925 in Liber 1129 op 237 for the easterly portion of the premises,
and the third from Ernest Johrens and wife, dated October 1, 1926
and recorded December 30, 1926 in Liber 1245 op 207, which premises
were squired by Florence E. Terry, as devisee under the Will of her
husband, George H. Terry, who died a resident of Suffolk County on
September 22, 1956.
