ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being lzutbEx at Mattituck, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the carved westerly side of North
Riley Avenue, 174.93 feet southerly along said westerly side from
East Legion Avenue; running southerly along said westerly side
of North Riley Avenue on a curve to the right having a radius of
184.0 feet a distance of 80.20 feet to land now or formerly of
Riley (as shown on "Map of Land of G.H., W.T. and D.T. Riley"
filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office as Map No. 186); thence
along the last described land, two courses as follows: (1) North
59" 42' West 139.83 feet to a monument; thence (2) North 66" 36'
West 42.50 feet to an iron pipe and land now or formerly of
IS Petrie; thence along said land two courses as follows: (1) North
6" 45' West 30.68 feet to a monument; (2) South 77" 35' East 179.74
feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING and intended to be the same premises described in deed
dated May 26, 1964 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on June 11 1964 in Liber 5551 page 431.
