said point of beginning is also 30 feet (thirty) northwesterly of the

velopment Co., Inc. to the point or place of .beginning, said premises
described herein as Parcel II being part of the premises described as
Parcel I, in the certain Deed of Ethel M. Wells to the party of the first
part herein, dated August 11, 1945, and recorded in Liber 2472 at Page 559
of Conveyances in the Suffolk county Clerk's office on the 14th day of
August, 1945.
