South 20 degrees 23 minutes 00,seconds East 500 feet more or leas to ordinary- high water mark of Great Peconic Bay; the westerly line of said 10 foot right Of way in parallel to and 10.0 feet westerly from the easterly line herein de- scribed, and rune from Peconic Bay Boulevard to Great Peconic Hay.
