Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designat-
ed 'Fisherman's Beach" Lot 6 and filled area between Lot 6 and the
ordinary high water line of Cutchogue Harbor, as shown on a certain map
entitled, "Subdivision map, Peconic Bay Properties, Inc., surveyed
February 6, 1931, by Otto W. Van Tuyl, Surveyor", filed in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on April 5, 1931, as No. 786 of Maps, which said
lot and filled area when taken together are bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southerly side of Haywaters Road (Private
Road) where the division line between Lots 5 and 6 as shown on aforesaid
map intersects same; running thence along the said division line South
190 16' 20" West 243.0 feet to the ordinary high water mark of Cutchogue
Harbor; running thence along said ordinary high water mark on a tie line
having a bearing of North 540 20' 50" West for a distance of 78.49 feet;
running thence North 220 20' 20" East 239.0 feet to the southerly line
of Road SouthrsRoadd; running thence along the southerly line of Haywaters
54 501 10" East 65.0 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING,
PARCEL II
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being
at Nassau Point or Little Hog Neck, in the Town of Southold, Suffolk
County, New York, known and designated as "Fisherman's Beach", the
easterly 50 feet of Lot No. 30, as shown on a certain map entitled
Sub-division Map, Peconic Bay Properties, Inc., surveyed February 6,
1931, by Otto W. Van Tuyl, Surveyor", filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on April 5, 1931, as Map no. 786, which part of lot is bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Haywaters Road, where the
division line between lots 30 and 31, as shown on aforesaid map, inter-
sects same; running thence along the northerly side of Haywaters Road,
north 540 50' 10" west, 50.0 feet; thence north 350 09' 50" east, 70
feet, more or less, to the ordinary high water mark of Haywaters Cove;
thence in a general easterly direction along the ordinary high water
mark of Haywaters Cove, for a distance of 50 feet, more or less, to the
division line between lots 30 and 31, as shown on aforesaid map; thence
along said division line between lots 30 and 31, south 350 09' 50" west,
60 feet, more or less, to the northerly side of Haywaters Road and the
point or place of beginning.
