BEING a part of the same premises conveyed to seller by deed from
Lucille M. Gerndt and Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company, as
Executors of the Estate of Charles J. Gerndt, dated April 18, 1967,
and recorded in the office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County
on June 14, 1967, in Liber 6167 of Deeds, page 341.
