East 150, feet; running thence along other land of the parties
of the first part and parallel to said line of Westview Drive,
South 710 42' 40" West 135.0 feet to the easterly line of
Westview Drive; thence along said Westview Drive, three courses

curve to the right having a radius of 56.51 feet a distance of
