THIS INDENTURE,made the 4th day of August ,nineteen hundred and Sixty-seven
BETWEEN THE NORTH FORK BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, with principal
office at Love Lane, Mattituck, New York, and
ANNA KONARSKI, residing at Stillwater Avenue, Cutchogue,
New York,
as executors of the last will and testament of
ELIZABETH BEDELL ,late of
Peconic, New York ,deceased,
party of the first part,and ALBERT BARBANEL, residing at Ostrander Avenue,
Riverhead, New York, holding a one-half interest, FLORA RAFFE,
residing at 36 Jessup Lane, West Hampton Beach, New York, holding
a one-quarter interest and OLIVIA RAFFE, residing at Daly Court,
Riverhead, New York, holding a one-quarter interest, as tenants
in common,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said last

State of New York, bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at a monument on the easterly line of Bridge Lane,
at the southwest corner of the premises herein described and the
northwest corner of land of Burnett Tuthill, said monument being
900.73 feet from the intersection of the easterly line of Bridge
Lane and the northerly line of Main Road; running thence along the
easterly line of Bridge Lane, North 43050' 00" West 635.00 feet to
land of Krupski; thence running along said land of Krupski North
48" 49' 40" East 322.05 feet to land of Davids; running thence
u along said land of Davids, to a monument and land of Burnett Tuthill,
South 43° 10' 20" East 645.34 feet; running thence along said land
of Tuthill, South 500 45' 40" West, 315.25 feet to the monument at
the point or place of BEGMING.
