and designated as lot #133, Block 10, on a certain map entitled"Map of Captain Kidd
i L Estates,” and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on January 19,
1949 as Map #1672, which said lot is bounded and described as follows:
j BEGINNING at a point in the easterly side of Linda Road at the extreme northerly
adius
end of a curve having a rof 250 feet and a length of 39.27 feet connecting the
northerly side of Captain Kidd Drive and the easterly side of Linda Road; running
thence north 12 degrees 34 minutes West along the easterly side of Linda Road 95
J m feet;thence North 77 degrees 26 minutes East 100 feet; thence South 12 degrees
a 34 minutes East 120 feet to the northerly side of Captain Kidd Drive; thence South
77 degrees 26 minutes West along the northerly side of Captain Kidd Drive 75 feet
to the extreme southerly end of the aforementioned curve; thence along said curve
a distance of 39,27 feet to the easterly side of Linda Road the point or place of be-
ginning.
SUBJECT to covenants and easements of record, if any. This property is subject
to zoning,building and health laws and regulations of the Town of Southold, the
State of New York and any government agency having jurisdiction.
SUBJECT to a mortgage made May 6, 1952 between John Buckley and Rachael
Buckley, his wife, as mortgagors and The Greater New York Savings Bank as
mortgagee in the principal sum of Four Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($4,600.00)
and recorded in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber Page
of Mortgages on May 12, 1952, which the party of the second part agrees to assume
and pay.

from Dawn Estates, Inc., to John Buckley and Rachael Buckley and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on May 12, 1952 in Liber 3351 Page 57
of Conveyances, and being the same property conveyed by instrument in writing
dated February 28, 1961 from Rachael Buckley to Margaret,.Miklas-and recorded
in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on May 9., 1961,in-Liber 4983,
page 447 of Conveyances.

and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said prentises;TO HAVE AND TO
