Suffolk County Clerk's Office 25 January 1927, as Map No. 175, and
more particularly bounded and described as follows;
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of Meday Avenue where it
is intersected by the easterly line of Cox Neck 44ad; thtince from
said point of beginning running North i'7" 24' Eass/ along said south-
erly line of Meday Avenue to a point where the division line of
Lots 73 and 74 on Map of Tollewood, Mattituck; New York, intersects
said southerly line of Meday Avenue; thence along said division line

and 73 on the aforementioned map to the easterly line of Cox Neck
Road; thence along said easterly line of Cox Neck Road North 1° 15'
East 100 feet to the point or place of beginning.
