Realty Corporation, Cutehogue, Section 1,11 and filed in the Office
of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on December 22nd, 1930 as
Map No. 539, which said lots when taken together as one parcel are
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the northwesterly side of Glenwood
Road (Stoutenbury Road) and the northeasterly side of Fleet's Neck
Road (Pequash Avenue); running thence along the northeasterly side
of Fleet's Neck Road, North 32° 181 West 100.00 feet; running
thence North 57° 42' East 175.0 feet to an iron pipe and Lot 32;
hO running thence South 32° 181 East along Lot 32, 100.00 feet to the
r northwesterly side of Glenwood Road; running thence along the
northwesterly side of Glenwood Road, South 57o 421 West 175.0 feet to
h; the point or place of BEGINNING.

Dew ALSO a free and unobstructed right-of-way over and upon Fleetwood
ft adas nRoad and East Road to pass and repass on foot, with animals or
vehicles, to the beach at East Creek, together with the right and
privilege of using for bathing purposes that part of the beach at
East Creek which lies easterly of a point marked by a cedar bush
growing on the said beach. The said right of way and right to the
use of said beach to be to the parties of the second part and their
grantees, lessees, successors and assigns of any part thereof.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Robert H.
Duester to Robert Duester and Lucille Duester, his wife, the grantor
herein, by eed dated April 29, 1946 and recorded in the Office
of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on the 2nd day of May, 1946
in Liber 2558 of Deeds Page 368. The aforesaid Robert Duester having
died a resident of the County of Queens on the 15th day of June, 1964.
