WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs

BEGINNING ata point on the northerly line of Mason Drive,
75.34 feet easterly along said northerly line from Broadwaters
Drive, said point of beginning being the southwesterly corner
of land of the party of the first part and-the southeasterly
corner of land of the party of the second part; from said point
of beginning running along said land of the party of the second
part and along land of'Slavin, North 12° 08' 10" West, 171.52
feet; thence along land now or formerly of the party of the first
part, North 790 58' 50" East, 20.01 feet; thence along said land
of the party of the first part, South 120 08' 10" East, 168.87
feet to said northerly line of Mason Drive; thence along said
northerly line, South 720 24' 30" West, 20.09 feet to the point
of beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED to be part of premises conveyed by William H.
Mason and Harry E. Mason to the grantors herein by deed dated
the 19th day of May, 1954 and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on May 20, 1954 in Liber 3696 at page 476.
