WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece orppa,a,rcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lyingand beingxR� at Bav' View, near Southold, Towr of Southold, Suf�olk County,
New York, known and designated as Lots Nos. 108,109, 110, "and 111 , Map entitled
"Map of Goose Neck", situate at Bay View, Town of Southold, Suffolk County,
New York, owned by G. W. Smith & Sons made by Otto W. Van iuyl and filed in the
Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on November 22, 1948 as Map No. 1663.
TOGETHER with the right to use for all reasonable purposes in common with
others; portions of lots 37, 38, and 39 and also part of lots Nos. 62 and
63 Map of Goose Neck as such rights are granted under document number 67340.
Subject to covenants and restrictions of record.
Being the same premises deviseed to the party of the first part herein under
the Charles J. Hart & Edna Hart Revocable Trust Agreement dated 3/5/85.
Registered under Land Registration Title Certificate Number 129,581 and 129,582.
