H. Wertenber, a tie line along the shore of Mattituck Creek is S. 56° 44'. 40" W. 119.80 feet; thence northerly and westerly the following courses and distances: (1) N. 22. 32' 20" W. 313.09 feet to a monument; (2) S. 67. 30' 00" W. (this course also being along a right-of-way over the land now or formerly of W. H.
